Guys,

I am the victim of a bad advice from a consultant in Toronto... I persosonally had visited his office in Toronto for 15-20 times but, still he did cheat with me and he was certified consultant.... Later on, I complained about him to IRB n CSIC and many other joined me so, he license was revoked....

You can not trust CSIC member too.... Its always risky.... All you can do is, take advice from 2-3 different consultants
