Info required on Transcript

Hi All,
I am planning to apply under EE. But as i understood, transcript/ECA will be required. My university has rejected my request for transcript as they dont issue such document. Can someone help me in this or suggest me an alternate.

Is this for WES?

Depending on what country you are from, you could get your marksheets signed / stamped / attested. Check at http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/requireddocuments/

Thanks for reply. Yes it is for WES, and i am from India. Will WES accept marksheets attested by registrar or notary.

Yes.
Go to CoE or Registrar and get it attested and send to WES. I got it done like that and its fine.
