info regarding work permit and job opportunities

Hello Every One,

I have joined the forum for the first time...One of my friend told me about the website...found it really helpful so thought of putting few of my query related to Job market in Canada...

I am thinking to start for Immigration to Canada and have more than 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resource. I would like to know the job market in Canada at present for this profile and is work permit being done in Canada for people from other country or is Immigration the only way out to enter the country.?

Generally speaking it's extremely difficult to get a job offer as a foreign workers since employers have to go through the LMIA process - which is long and expensive with no guarantee of approval. Yes - applying to immigrate is the better way to go.
