Info on moving to Canada. Please advise - thanks so much

Hi everyone

Please excuse my ignorance, we are very new to this.

We are English, currently living in the UK having lived in the canary islands for several years.
My husband is a Carpenter/Boat Builder and fitter and I am a dog groomer.
We have an 18 month old son.

We returned to the UK but knew it would only be a temporary stop off while trying to secure a new residence. The Canaries had very little work for my husband hence the return to UK.

We are both very keen on Canada and I would love any advice or info anyone can give me. As I say, we are in the very early stages and that is reflected in my lack of knowledge.

Based on the information you have provided, you would very likely need a permanent job offer in Canada to qualify to apply to immigrate.
