Hi All....

Just needed some info on how much job experience is sufficient to apply under NOC 2113???
I consulted an agent in Canada and he said 2 years of experience is insufficient. I read it on canadian immigration website that if you have 1 years or above experience in last 10years, you should be eligible.... Could anyone please guide me on this....

Thanks...

I quote from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp:

"If your application is eligible for processing, you must also meet the following minimum requirements to qualify as a skilled worker:

•you have at least one year of continuous full-time paid work experience or the equivalent in part-time continuous employment, AND
•your work experience must be Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification list, AND
•you must have had this experience within the last 10 years.
"

So in the last 10 years you should have had ONE year (at least) of continuous full time work in a NOC 2113 job!

Looks like you are good to go! Good Luck!
