Unfortunately, you cannot apply as married until and unless you're married. Well, I should say that you actually can (technically speaking) but that would be misrepresentation, which makes you liable for pretty severe consequences, including future bans by IRCC for any kinds of visas.

Practically speaking, you can only apply together (with one of you as a primary applicant and the other as the dependent), if and when you get married. Keep in mind that a civil ceremony (the so-called "court marriage") is enough, no need for pomp and ceremony. So if you and your fiancee are amenable to such an arrangement (and your respective families too, if they are in the picture), then maybe you should give that a thought, with a view towards a "cultural marriage" somewhere down the road.

Best wishes to you.

It is next to impossible to prove such relationship.. even trying de-facto relationship wont work.. i think..

This^, especially since the OP and the fiancee live in separate continents. Common law marriages count but here it would be next to impossible to claim common-law marriage. Hence my suggestion above.

After getting married shall we both need to do ielts or any other language test or just main applicant will need to do this test??
