Hi everyone...i have started to fill up with my partner the documents for common law sponsorship.
I would like to ask u two additional qustion according to my experience:
1. i started living with him in october 2008...I mean i moved there most of my stuff there...anyway since that date (october) i did other 3 trips to montreal (two trips of three days to take luggages of stuff left there and one trip with him to go in holiday in canada) ...and my appartment in montreal i left him to a friend that i sublet it...result: the last time that i came in montreal was november (2008)...i was nto living there but only coming to pick some stuffs..(in fact i stayed 3 days)...moreover the appartment was under my name (the rent) but a friend of mine was living there...he also provided me a lettre ins tating that...as a proof, robbers came into my appartment when my friend was living there...he went to the police and everything because he was not living there...
so, i did not find someone else to leave my rent for the only reason that my rent was expiring in december and I found someone for december 10th...that is why until dec 10th the appartment was at my name but for 2 months i was living in france (a part for short trips in montreal and europe)...the only proof that i have it is a phone line that i have activated in france at the moment when i arrived..some mails and post...because i started working on january 2009...
so my qustion is: in your opinion should I put that our situation of common life started in october, or in december, when my contract was over? i still have my phone line opened and bank account opened in canada (even if it is more than 1 year that i live in france) for the only reason that we knew since the beginning the 'temporary' situation that we were having....before applying for pr....
if you suggest me to wait until december to send everything, and to let start my 'official year' in december 2008 (date when the rent was out of my name ijn montrea) can u tell me if the letters of friends that are testyfing our relationship could be pre-dated( some of them wrote them now, that means in a case of a relationship starting in december, sending BEFORE the year together (even if it is a year now). same thing for the medical visit....he s going to take it next week....
the big problem is the conception of 'continuing 12 months'...one can't be 24h/24h with your partner...especially if my partner as a steward flights all the time...I moved in october and i went alone in montreal after twice for 3 days only to take luggages,...and after i went with my partner to go to see friends in quebec, toronto and after miami for holidays..as a proof that i have a started living in october i have
1) phone line activated in france
2) metro monthly plan
3) expenses in both canadian and italian card in france..
no rent in france (the appartment is owned by my partner, and not name in the bills right the way (the first bill in our name was in february 2009, but we have plenty of pictures, tickets of things spent together, things of the house that I have bought... and no bank account (apparently in france you have to have a job to open a bank account so i wated until january....
2) as a PR I have to be in Canada to send my application in missisauga, or can i be in out of canada?
