Info about abroad police clearance

Hi all I need to know my spouse working abroad right now and my file still waiting for IRCc decision . So if he return to home country before his police clearance done is there will be any issues on it ? So far I know if stay any country more than 6 months must need police certificate Any insight opinion will be highly appreciated. Thanks advance for you help

Hi maybe I didn’t make things clear ! Yes I know not now but my concern is if he return to home country he won’t go back anymore (eg: Middle East) as his work visa finish So is there any option IRCc can collect police clearance on his absence from working country as he will not physically available. Thanks advance

IRCC will request you to share a PCC only if its required.

If they ask, you can visit local Embassy in your current country and request for a PCC and then upload to IRCC
