Ineligible Profile Question

Good morning,

I just submitted and got the reply of ineligible profile.

MY IELTS is more than 7 on everything. Got a Bachelor with WES. 1 Year diploma at Humber. BUT. I got 7 Months on NOC 1225 from my country and 7 months from my current job in Canada. Im 25 and POF 16k.

Any help please.

Hey,

Did you get any resolution on your query. What is your current status reflecting on the CIC portal.

In case if it is resolved, can you please guide me the action items, as even i am eligible as per the initial questionnaire, but post submitting my profile, the status shows up as ineligible.

Wait until you got 1 year experience in Canada. You can qualify under CEC..

But I still qualify as per the eligibility criteria required for EE,

I am worried that even after waiting for a month so that i complete my 1 year of work exp and qualify under the CEC Category, and still if my profile stays in ineligible.

Because I am in this state since almost 3 months and i tried reaching out to many people for resolution, but i guess there is some Technical dificulty in EE portal.

I believe that the system is Identifying me based on my Passport Number and linking me to the earlier status of Ineligible when i Didnot have my ECA.

Can you please suggest if I should still wait for completion of my Work in Canada, or should i Hire the appoint and seek guidance from a Lawyer. Its Damn Expensive Though
