NOC level A
no solid reason was given just language, education, funds and work experience. Practically the entire form. Meanwhile my language tests were done in march so its not outdated/expired.

Re check every field you fill up thoroughly.

Number of family members was a field where a friend got confused (single/unmarried, yet included father, mother, siblings in the count). If you are single/unmarried, input 1. Otherwise the amount of funds will be below the minimum mark making you ineligible.
