Individual PR applications after marriage?

Hi,

I have a very unique case. Me and my spouse are already in the process. I have received my AOR and Biometrics letter as well but couldnt submit them because of office closures due to Covid Lockdowns. Its been 10 months already and the offices havent opened yet. My spouse has got the ITA a month back and has been collecting his documents parallely. We got married recently. I have following questions:

1. How many days I have to declare that my status has been changed from Single to Married?
2. Can we declare each other as non-accompanying spouse and proceed forward with the individual applications because I have heard there are unncessary delays for accompanying spouse post AOR?
3. What is the procedure post making a status change for the application which has received an AOR?

Thank you for your reply. For 1st answer, Its been 25 days. We were on our Honeymoon and didnt get a chance to register the wedding. Will it be a problem if I delcare it now?
