hi everyone, need your important suggestions,

My situation is i am an indian, studying and living in china for past one and a half year. i have a good travel history also. now my french girlfriend who also lived and studied together want to travel to canada to meet her good friend and she want i to accompany her because we alwsys travel together. although my girlfriend's friend is also a good friend of mine but we never met eachother face to face. but now i am worried about the process and visa result rates of canada.
i just started my business in india in march of teaching language and cunsultancy (for this i am learning chinese language here in china ) and have one house worth Rs 3 millions. My university will also provide the letter of permission to go on vacations. so my question is that

1. can i have some chances to get the tourist visa for canada???
2. what steps i should take to make this attemp the successfull one because i dont want to see any visa refusal stamp on my pasport.
3. moreover if i show that i am going there with my gf then wud there be any problem in my case.

now what you guyz think how i present my case infront of the embassy. and how i actually make them satisfied that i will return back to china for my studies because after learning language i have to use it in my own business......... thanxxx

Hi, you will have to provide, information from someone in Canada to say you are staying with them, and show a letter from your dean at the university and proof of ownership of house translated into English, also show bank statments... I think just be truthful about your gf.

thanx and really appriciate your reply,

if i translate the property documents by my self that will be ok or i have to do it from any certified institution.

also if i present my file 20days before departure, do you think i will get the visa on time.

they do not have any proper checklist for the applying.

is it mandatory to have travel insurance also

my friend would be giving me the notarised sponsorship letter, so if i put my girlfriends point in between then i think there would be more confusing and need to expalin them very much also, what is your opinion???

yes its ok to translate the documents your self.

20 days should be long enough.

You dont have to have travel insurance to come to Canada, but its advisable, because if you end up in hospital or have to see a doctor, it will be very expensive.

i appriciate your reply, one more question. I am being rejected for the visa twice for two different english countries because i applied from some travel agency and dont put my efforts in knowing the things. because i never think about it in my life and never work out on the things. so i did what ever they asked me to do. and got rejected.
so my question is do i need to put the names of the country for whom my visa was rejected. because i dont have any rejection stamp on my passport.
let me make things clear because its not i want to hide it, but i just dont want to make it confusing. and complicated.
do they cross verify from each country that my they have rejected me or not.

Thanks
