I am an Indian national and born in UAE. I have to apply for my Canadian PR. I have a question with regards to Indian police clearance report. As I haven't stayed in India for 6 months and more during my last 10 years, do I need a police clearance report from India? My issue is that my address in my passport is old and now I don't have time or the documents to change the address in the passport. Please let me know if anyone had a similar experience.
