Hi all!
I'm currently applying for an Indian Police Certificate from SFO sometime this month. In regards to the documents needed for legal status, I have an I-20 which ended on Dec 8th due to my Program end date. However, I am waiting for my new I-20 since I signed up for a new program beginning January 2019. My status is currently legal, however, in my I-20, it shows as December 8th,2018 as the Program end date.
Is there anyway that the authorities at the Indian Embassy accept this as my legal status or do I need to have the new I-20 to provide them? I would get my new document only next month.
Any answers would certainly be appreciated! Thank you!
