Indian PCC

Hi,

I have received 2 original copies of India PCC for myself & my wife.
Do i have to submit 2 copies or one copy to visa at new Delhi.

I don't think CHC requires 2 copies and is no where mentioned.

Is both the copy exactly same and signed by same person, if so send only one.

Seniors pls advice.
