My parents Indian passport expires on March 31, 2018 and they have planned to enter Canada on Dec 27, 2017.
Please advise if they will be allowed to travel with this passport to Canada since it expires in 3 months of travel date.

Do they have a visa or valid PR card to enter? If so then it should not be a problem. Normally 6 months passport validity is required when applying for a visa.

Are your parents Permanent Residents of Canada with a valid PR card? If so, CBSA doesn't give 2 hoots about the validity of their passports, as PR's they enter Canada by right.

My question is still visa sticker valid on old passport? Please advise
Thanks

You need to give us more details

1. Are your parents Permanent Residents already or are they planning to LAND on Dec 27.
2. If they already are Permanent Residents, do they have valid PR cards?
3. If they already are Permanent Residents, are they within the limits of the Residency Obligation?
