INDIAN PASSPORT RENEWAL NO ATTESTED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

Please Please respond to my situation.
My Indian passport is expiring in few months but i don't have a attested marraigecertificate from External affairs Delhi to add my spouse details

Is there a way i can get my passport renewed. As per BLS site they need marriage certificate attested.
