Indian Marriage Certificate

I want to know if the marriage certificate issued by Registrar is enough or I need to do some sort of legalization. If yes, what is needed to be done?

Also, here, they do not put photos on the certificate. Does this matter?

Marriage certificate issued by Registrar of Marriages is a valid document.
