Indian act 1985

First of all hello everyone, my name is Paarth. I am from India. i was born in 1990.

I want to know about this indian act 1985. Do i have to register for it?? As i have all the ID's an Indian should have.My parents are Indians. They to have all the ID's. Do i still need to register for it.

OR

I can simply apply for the pr card from India.

If yes, then it is not for you.. sorry, you are Indian from the subcontinent India. This refers to the native people of Canada, called Indians then, now First Nations..
