[India] Property assessment - Who has the authority to properly do property appraisals for Super Visa?

I am planning to apply for a super visa for my parents & one of things it seems we would need to show their connection is to show if they own any properties.

For that, who can do the property appraisals in India? My parents are located in Himachal Pradesh if that helps.

So you're saying just showing possession papers would be enough?

We have the possession of all our property papers but I was under the impression that we would have to show their value as well

we showed property papers (but no valuation) and got through. But that was many years ago and for a regular TRV application.
