India PCC for Inland CEC candidate

Hi guys, I am an inland CEC candidate. But, I am planning to go to India for a family visit for a couple of months.

1. Can I get PCC from India passport Seva Kendra during that period? Or Do I have to come back to Canada and apply PCC via BLS?
2. Can I get Medicals done in India?

Pls be careful before you make this decision. There are a few videos on youtube where the PR application got rejected because some families did the same. They were in UAE and traveled to India on vacation and decided to get the PCC during that time. IRCC rejected their application saying that their PCC isnt valid as their current address stated UAE but the address mentioned in PCC said something locally in India. Or something similar to that. Not able to find a link to the video. Will share here if I do. Apply through BLS from Canada itself. Any travel you do or plan to do after filing an eAPR doesn't matter. Just keep IRCC apprised about it.

Hi I already did this and my consultant is asking me to re do it from Indian embassy in Toronto now. So please advice how you went ahead with the application.
