I am moving to Canada in a few months and I currently work as a scientist, and I would like to continue working as a consultant in Canada for a US based client. I need to know what is the best way to bill my client and receive money from them? Basically how would I do the payroll work? i.e. How do I setup the money receiving process?
Do I need to open a sole propertiership or a business instead?
Any benefits of either one or the other?
And finally how would I have to pay my taxes and are there deductions that I can use in this process.
