Incorrect Language Test Report Form No in EE by mistake - What to do POST ITA?

HI,

The attorney added Incorrect Language Test Report Form Number by Mistake while submitting for ITA. Now I am delinking the application from their profile and working on my own with a new profile. I am now confused how to correct that IELTS test form number before my ITA expires in next 40 days? Should I decline the ITA ?

Please Help with exact steps. Thanks

You should also mention this change in Letter of Explanation as well (you will find the option to upload LoE under additional documents section of primary applicant in your eAPR doc uploading page). You can let them know it was band score stays the same (hope that is the case) and its just the TRF number that was wrongly entered earlier. I think that should work good.

What I want to know is if I should file an IRCC webform request to change it or just attach a letter of explanation with the incorrect number still in profile as you mentioned?

I am under impression that you are yet to submit your application which is to say eAPR is not filed but ITA recieved as you mentioned in your first post that you have 40 days to go for submission. Can you please check and confirm that in your eAPR form, does it gives you option for changing the TRF ? Some fields (very few) get locked in n your profile after you recurec ITA, while others are editable (most of them).

If it gives you option of entering correct info then enter the latest one and mention same in LoE as well.

I am on same boat. While creating express entry profile I put the TRF number mentioned on ielts online result. Later realized the TRF number on the physical copy is the correct one. Can I changed it while submitting e-apr? Will it be an issue?
My band score remains the same and so does my CRS score.
Any input appreciated
