Incorrect category is printed on TRV( V-1 instead of W-1)

Hello Experts,

I need your urgent help here to tackle my situation. My wife has received her Open Spousal WorkPermit extension when she was there on vacation in India. Her TRV was expired as it was issued for the same end date as old work permit.
She applied her new TRV in New Delhi based on extended work permit which is approved and stamped on the passport. Here is the problem, The new TRV is issued with category as V-1 instead of W-1. We have applied TRV with all documentation including current open spousal work permit etc.

Can she come back to Canada on this TRV (V-1) with valid work permit and get it corrected inside canada to W-1.

Please share your experience and help.
