Inconsistency in answering form 5669 inland

hi guys I just received my GCMS noted and they send my whole copy of my application in the email. When I submitted my application on december I just realized that the form 5669E has mistakes like I put gaps on the employment thing. after I realized my mistake I immidiately edited the form and send them the correct form again but I forgot my UCI to put in the letter and I don't have my file nos at that time. after I received my AOR and got my own File nos I resend again the form 5669E beacause I thought they didn't recieved it as I did not gave more information in the letter. and now I am reviewing my application and the form 5669E is not consistent in the dates. do you think this will be a huge problem?

Not really sure what you mean by that. But if they aren't happy with the 5669E they will request it again. They won't expect you to be perfect with those dates.

I send three forms because the original form was not correct as I put any gaps in the employment part so I get nervous and I resend the form 5669 again after the day i sent my PR application so Technically I don't have my AOR yet and file nos as well. I wrote a letter to the VO without file number so I assume that they did not attached that form to my application. After I got my AOR I resend again that form and make sure that the letter has my file nos so that they can attach it to my PR application. and after I got my GCMS yesterday they send my application insted of sending the status of my app. I saw some inconsistency in months like for example :

for the first form I sent together with my PR app
08-2015 to 09-2015 cashier
11-2014 to 08-2015 food counter


then on the second form I wrote
08-2015 to 09-2015 Cashier
10-2014 to 08-2015 food counter

then the third form was like

09-2015 to 08-2015 Cashier
10-2014 to 09-2015 Food Counter


so there is no consistency in months.
