I just discovered this amazing place i wish I knew before as I am looking for a solution for my problem. hope you all doing well!
I got my E-copr yesterday, but on it the name is truncated.
To better understand my case I will go chronologically.
After I got married I added my husband's name, and so I changed my passport in Brazil, but they truncated "De" from my last name, so I ended up with Toledo, instead of de Toledo.
I tried to fix this issue in Brazil but confirmed that my name is correct on system, on passport it will always be limited due to name length. and they gave me a document I added on my sponsorship application "proof of travel document" I attached this to my application, also my birth certificate and marriage certificate (with my full correct name on them)
And all these documents show my full correct name, I explained this to them on a letter I also added to my application prior to sending, but still tthey put my name without the "de"
My CSQ also has my wrong name.
Any ideas how can I solve this? I am afraid I will have the error propagated on my health care, driver's license, NAS.... so I am refraining from using this ecopr and CSQ for now.
