Hii, myself Ashutosh and i applied to canada for student permit in 2015,However it got rejected 2 times also i applied for temporary student exchange visa representing my university it also got rejected . Recently a month ago i got my CGMS notes and then i realised that i did not mention that i got refused 3 times to USA STUDENT VISA prior applying, instead i just wrote that My F1 student class file was rejected for USA. visa officer quoted that i have just mention one time rejection but it was totally unintentional i mention my rejection just did not explain briefly that i got rejected. Now i am putting application for canada study permit so what should i need to do to justify my point.

If you were banned for missrepresentation then you cant apply until the ban time is over, if you were just rejected you dont need to do anything special just remember to mention all USA rejections and all Canada applications/rejections in the form.

We can't tell you if you will be rejected or not. That will depend on the strength of your new application.
You must mention all of your refusals in your new application (your Canadian refusals as well as your U.S. refusals).
I got to know about this mistake when i applied for CGMS note and to be precise i have mention USA rejection but due to word limit i my councillor mention as general statement , that my F1 category file was rejected instead of writing that it was rejected 3 times ,it completely unintentional mistake.
