incomplete file resent - OINP processing times ?

Hey awesome people,

My document file originally sent on OCT 23rd, 2015 was sent back by Ontario Immigration department due to missing job validation code pn Jan 6th,2015. I have resent the application on Jan 20th.

My question is will they still take 2-3 months to open application again ?
I am really anxious now. Please help if you have faced this situation.

If CIC returned your entire application then they typically treat it as a brand new application when they receive it again. So yes - you should expect it will take 2-3 months again.

And do I need to send a copy of WES again ?

I have already attached a notarized copy of WES in my application package.
