Anyone please help me here what to do? I just got AOR today for PNP inland applicant.

However, I found out that in the additional family information form, i didn't write "Not applicable" in Spouse column. And just today one of my friend file returns because of that.

So please suggest me what should I do? Can I submit now?

Expert plz share some suggestion. Thank you

I'm confused. Why are you worried if you already got the AOR? That suggests they have checked for completeness and accepted your file. What are we missing?

Actully one of my friend got his file returns yesterday after recieved AOR 3 months ago and reasons for that not stating not applicable in spouse colume in additinal family information form. He has to reapply with extented pnp letter as he submited his file in dec 2016, got aor in March 2017 and now file returns so his pnp certificate expired so as all PCC, photos n all. It's annoying to do it all again.

That is unusual as post AOR the VO typically requests document and doesnt resend the file. If you are concerned, send a updated form through case specific inquiry using the webform and make a note asking to update that document with your new form. Hopefully that should work
