Received a letter from IRCC stating "As your application does not meet the requirements of R 10 of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you along with your processing fee."
I forgot the translation for my birth certificate. So I did add that and returned everything to them. No application fee has been returned to me since that letter (dated April 2019), documents arrived at their office also in April 2019.
When trying to check my application status online using the provided UCI number (2 digits hyphen 4 digits hyphen 4 digits) on the CIC web page it always tells me my UCI number is incorrect.
Here my 2 questions: despite me not having sent everything at the first time and providing the missing document later will my application still be considered or do I need to start from scratch (the Provincial Nominee Program approval letter is expired by now)?
How can I use the UCI number on the web portal?
