Hi,
Am new here, and trying to understand a complete procedure, in profile making it does not ask a bout income proof or anyting.
Is there any step etc where we need to give proof of earning/income from last employee or money coming in from other companies etc.
Like when we apply for work permit or some other visa for other countries they normally ask how much you earning, and give proof etc.
All the research so far i have done.. i can't seem to find such in formation they asking... just trying to find all in depth so i can gather all required
documents before applying, i have all reference letters from my x-companies i have worked with.

Your work experience should be paid. You have to mention your pay in the reference letter.

There is no minimum salary threshold. It would be unfair as every country has varied currency strength.

You just need to show Proof of Funds (POF) which is basically a proof that you have enough money with you. The minimum requirement for a single applicant starts at CAD 12,300. It increases with each accompanying person in your application. Bank letters and FD documents are such proof.

Your work ex letter should mention your position, period of employment, work duties, salary and number of hours worked.

ah many thanks, i was told by someone that i would need to show them bank statement(s) showing income coming from last few months etc.. as am not working from last couple of month sorting my house etc.
I will ask my employers to send me reference letters with the details you have told me kindly. Many thanks.

Am selling my house, and will be getting funds into my account, does the funds has to be in account for any minimum number of months?

You can show proof of the source of your funds.

thanks, am just trying to get my reference letters, just rang one of the company who i worked for in 2009, and came to know they've been sold....
The reference letter they gave me at that time, doesn't say salary only experience etc. What to do with that now :(?

Do you happen to have the salary slips for the job? Or your offer letter? Attach those with the letter and explain this in the Letter of Explanation (LOE) when you submit your application.

well for sure i would have a contract somewhere and might have pay slips but its quite long ago.. and few years back somehow i did manage to click select all and delete mails but hoping some mails would still be there... or i might ask tax department to send me some proof of tax paid on that maybe

If its too much of hassle you can remove that work experience from your profile and put it later in your personal history, given you are still left with enough work experience to maintain your CRS score. Just a thought.

thanks not sure how much would be required, but i've got roughly 7-8 years of commercial experience
