Income Taxes For the Past 5 Years

My eligibility period is from May 8, 2013 to May 8, 2018. It says in 12b, "Tell us when you filed your income taxes in the last 5 years using the chart.." The years indicated there are 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014 which I said "Yes" to both Required to file and Taxes filed. Should I also put 2013 and I say "No" to both Required to file and Taxes filed?

yes, I didn't live here. I started Permanent Residency on April 14, 2014.(sorry for the typo earlier on the year that I came)

Then you're not required to file tax for 2013.

I'm assuming you meant to say that you've lived here since the day you landed as a PR on April 14, 2014. If that's the case, then you should say "NO" for 2013.
