Income tax submission for 2016

Income tax submission 6.J
Do we need to mention about 2016?
Shall we leave it blank?

I am self-employed and my business will take a few more months to produce revenue...
I don't have enough revenue to pay any taxes. So I don't know if I should say "required to file income tax" .. probably this is Yes since i might have income based on my shares.
Income tax - I have not filled anything as I do not know how much to pay at this point.

Any pointers?

I did not mention 2016.
Although I filed tax, but I thought I only have to do it when I did tax claim
