Chabra ji Income tax statement is not part of the checklist but it strenghthens your case. I have submitted all the related docs with my work, In the statement it shows the company you are working with which might strenghthen your case with the CHC.

No, you do not need IT Statements as part of POF. All you needs is Proof of unds when you land in Canada.
