Hi All,

I've just been asked by Ontario to provide some extra documents.One of them is:

Income Tax Documents for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015

Would a document like the one in the hyperlink suffice? Which is the document for 2015.

Have you been working in Canada If yes you have to submit your Tax assessment statements for all those years.

No work in Canada.
This is from Australia
This is an official statement from the government saying how much I got paid and how much taxes I paid for the financial year.

This is an official statement from the government saying how much I got paid and how much taxes I paid for the financial year.

You can submit this tax statement for each year and payslips along with a Letter of explanation about the same.
