Income Requirements for PGP

Hello all,

two quick questions:

I do not meet the requirements for one of the last three years but my income in years preceding the last three is high enough. Can I still make the application? Do I include the last four years instead?

Follow up on the same:

I know the co-sponsor has to be a common law partner/spouse but has anyone here had any experience co-sponsoring with a sibling (children from the same set of parents)?

No you cant, and you shouldnt have applied for your parents if you dont meet the requirements
