Income requirement for Family Sponsorship (Parents)

Does anyone know whether the income requirement for the last three years requires sponsor to be PR at that time or as long as they were legally worked in Canada?

I was under work permit for the last three years, just got PR few month ago. I have met the income requirement for the last two years, just wondering how many years do I have to wait till qualified for sponsor my parents?

Just valid work status in Canada is fine to meet previous years income. PR status only required at time you actually apply to sponsor parents.
