You can find this information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/parents.asp You need to be living in Quebec in order to fall under the Quebec rules. Unless you're living in Quebec and working in Ontario just outside of the border of Quebec - I don't see how you could have income from outside of the province of Quebec.

You can find this information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/parents.asp You need to be living in Quebec in order to fall under the Quebec rules. Unless you're living in Quebec and working in Ontario just outside of the border of Quebec - I don't see how you could have income from outside of the province of Quebec.
