Included unnecessary item in PNP application package

Hi everyone! I made a silly mistake in my PNP application.
I accidentally included a rosary( a string used to pray in Catholic) in my PNP application package.
will it be affected my application? or it will be returned ?

How on earth did you do that accidentally?

Anyway - I don't think it will impact processing.

I left it in the package for a couple days. Then I forgot to take it out when I sent it.
