Hi all,

I am asking for a friend of mine who may be in charged for inadmissibility on grounds of misrepresentation of his health condition in his e-APR filed under CEC class. If the applicant passes away (God forbid) and he is deemed inadmissible by IRCC, would that render his family members (Parents, Sibling) inadmissible as well? Please help.

Thank you,
Gaurav

Sorry your friend is ill. Is he the main applicant because his parents and sibling would not be included in his application anyways. So if they are eligible to immigrate on their own, their application is not tied to his.

Thank you for the prompt response. Yes, he is the principal applicant and is applying to immigrate on his own. However, his sibling already has a PR and his parents are admissible, just wondering if sibling and parent's status would be affected if the principal applicant (family member) passes away but is found inadmissible?

No, his sibling is PR so no effect on her status. Also parents are not tied to his application so no issue.

Thanks. Just adding a note that the family members were mentioned in his PR application as per the requirements but he (PA) is not sponsoring anyone.
