I got a procedural fairness letter from CIC in april regarding employment record which CIC said they think is fraudulent. they gave us one month to post a response, a week after posting response we got rejection and also a ban for 5 years. is there any way we can appeal our case? they say they have evidence, can we ask them to show us the evidence in any way? I am really worried i have been trying for immigration to canada for more than a year and now we have got rejection. please advise us what to do?

You can appeal - but agreed this is something you want to do with the help of a lawyer in Canada.
