If senior members could answer

- would a breach of a condition(working illegaly) attatched to visa will make you inadmissible to canada?
-would a month spent in Immigration detention makes a person inadmissible?
-Is incarceration and detention same?

Consult a reputed Immigration Lawyer. From your questions I presume that you have undergone the aforementioned scenarios and hence your case is complicated and would be advisable to proceed with a good lawyer. Good luck.
