Hello,
My husband is currently a United States Marine who just got an administrative discharge due to a physical condition. He is, however, considered to be under "inactive reserve obligation", even though he is no longer technically a Marine. He is under that for 5 and a half years. (Contracts consist of four years of active duty, four years of inactive duty)
Will this prevent him from being approved? (Outland Spouse Sponsership)
Thank you!
