In the OPNP form do i need to write IELTS score or CLB levels

Dear Sir,

I have taken IELTS for english only and i have not taken any exam for french

So in the form, for levels of english, do i need to write IELTS score or the CLB levels (corresponding to that score )

since i have not taken any french test, for french test boxes , i need to write "N/A" or keep them blank ?

If it says ielts score, mention that. What exactly is the question in the form?

Also write N/A in anything that is not applicable to you. Leave no blanks.
