In spousal sposership Refusal

Hello everyone
I applied for PR application under ( inland spousal sponsorship program ) in march 2019 . I received AIP in April and received my medical request in June 9 and complied to the request on june 12. Now here is where it gets tricky, after submitting the confirmation of my medical to IRCC on on june 12th. I received letter from IRCC On June 15th stating That, they have changed my application Number due to administration purposes. On June 20th i received another medical request from IRCC with different IMEI no. So i thought there must some confusion and sent them previously done medical sheet that had an older IMEI no with the letter mentioning whole scenario. Note:- (Medical is valid for one year) which they acknowledged and sent me a confirmation that they have received the medical. On December 15th visa officer refused PR my application on the basis of failure to comply with medical request.
What should i do now ?
Any information would appreciated..!!!

Wow, SMH, insane. You can’t appeal inland applications. I think you might need to contact a lawyer for this one. Or if anyone has been through something similar, hopefully they can advise you on what to do, ‍ Sorry this happened.

Send an urgent Webform explaining the situation AND contact your MP's office ASAP and ask them to get the app reopened.
