Please give me idea when ecas status shows for last three months In Process what they do verifications, back ground check or Security clearance and maybe they can call for Interview or what can be happen? please just I need your experience and suggestion.

Background check is done before medical request and after full application
Medical and security checks done after medical and before stamping.
