Have anyone applied from India/Nepal in March 2010 got medical request/visa???? Pls. do share your status........

Hi I am 2010 case and got medical request and passport req. sent all but still waiting for over 2months.

This is one million dollar question.............which is ask by every applicant who have in in-process. And the answer is same......decision made will be after 2013 or may be in 2014 or 2015 or 2016 or may be after 10 year of ur application date. But this is not sure it will be in (+) manner, it would be in (-) manner also ,because nobody knows the intention of Canadian policies Like pre- feb 2008 cases, after the waiting of 8 year they send back their applications and refund the fees..........So don`t reliable on this .................sorry for using hard word but this is BITTER TRUTH .

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 23, 2012. When will be the decision made???

Yes, just be patient they will surprise you with the medicals. In my case i got up one morning and just saw it in my e.mail.Just give some time it will happen.

Finally got an e-mail asking to resend IMM008, IMM 5406 and schedule A. On the document checklist, it says to send original educational documents of accompanying dependents.
Can anyone clarify thatwhy they have asked for original educational documents of spouse only and not that of main applicant??

I have sent all documents as mentioned in request letter ,original passports and Demand Draft for RPRF. It was sent on 26th Dec and was delivered in Delhi immigration office on 27th Dec. ( As per confirmation by courier servicve). But still I have not got e-mail confirmaing receipt of documents and original passport. Do they send e-mails acknowledging the receipt???

No They dont inform you about it. What ever you sent on 26th is what I sent in july 2012. Its been 6months NDVO is holding my passport,medicals rprf.
I havent received my passports back yet, so relax u havent even finished 1 month. Expect few months maybe weeks beore you hear from them.

Mine is also same submitted my passport in June and status is still in progress..not sure what those guys are doing..and when to expect anything back.

Sent Medicals, Original Passports and RPRF on 26th december 2012. DD emcashed on 21 January 2013. They asked for Police Clearance certificate on 15 Feb and sent the same on 26 Feb 2013. But status still shows as "In Process". When will be changed to "Received Medical Reports" and " Decesion Made"?????
