Hi Forum:

I have submitted my CEC in June 2012. I got the in process on Dec 20. I sent an email to Buffalo VO, and here is the response I got:

"Your file has been finalized and you will receive further instructions in the near future."

What do u think that means? I really appreciate if some one could shed some light on it.

I am also in the same boat, when did got this mail? i got this email today only

Dear applicant,

Our records indicate that your application has met all of the eligibility requirements of the Canadian experience class. Our Office or the Consulate General in Buffalo will forward you instructions shortly regarding the final steps of your application.

Thank you for your patience and understanding

I do not know how much time we need to wait for the response and get the PPR, If any senior can help us that would be great.

They replied back to my email yesterday, to be honest i dont know how long this guessing
game is to go on. I dont know if the email I got means exactly what yours means. I think
you are all aproved now. Congrats by the way.

Still my heart is beating very fast till i get the Mail of PPR request......

I guess you are also good as if there was any problem they would have send a mail immediately which happened in my friend case when he was changed to In process he was denied after 3 days, as your in process is there for more then 2 months i guess everything is good and they need to send you the PPR mail.

I guess your file is also in Ottawa...
