Dear ALL,
kindly need your advice ,
my application was turned down from the mail i recieved 27th october from CIC ,
have been waiting endlessly to get back my draft so that i can re apply since pharmacy is still very much on list
i had earlier in may 2010 applied as health care manager before been turn down but this waiting does not seem to end for my draft.
i just checked the status of my application again on the CIC website and its showing application in process ,though this is the very first time am checking the status of my application since the application to cic .
please advice am counting on you

If your NOC is in current list then apply immedietely. Why are you waiting now? New list will come soon in June and your NOC may not be there. So hurry up

Draft will come one day, it may take few weeks to few months or sometimes never. Because CIC use normal mail to send our docs back to us, and sometimes it gets lost in transit.

Send an email inquiry to VO to inquire about your status. Currently the ecas system was malfuctioning and hence not showing the status correctly. Still I suggest you to go ahead and send new application. However if your previous application is luckily in process you can cancel this new one.

Agreed with SISH7255. Do a new application immediately before the new rules come into effect. The draft ma or may not come depending on how good the postal system is.
