In Process Since April 2012

I'm in process since april 2012 and got 6 to 12 months wait period from LVO on april 2012.
I would like to know if anybody who received the 6 to 12 months letter got the MR lately.

My e-CAS status is below:
"We received your application for permanent residence on May 25, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 18, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 17, 2012." NOC: 0213

I have extensive travel history spans on more than 15 countries and tens of visits, so this may delay my process (I believe so).

My case is IP since 15th June 2012 with updated document request I sent it but no news at all....LVO very very slow.i hope so ur MR is coming very soon....

The situation is the same in Vienna VO. InProcess since April 2012. Wait period=6-7 months. Nothing heard since then.

i have similar time lines as your's and with a wait letter. yours must have been lost somewhere in the labirinth of snail mail system......

my friend has send file number on 27th july 2010,
she got medical on 20th june,2012,now she is waiting for visa

Me r also waiting friends my status are:

i hope within 1 or 2 week i will got medical,because my friend got medical (27th july second file number she got medical in 20th june 2012)

In fact my irrecoverable documents were also returned with the letter.

We received similar letter on 24/04/2012. No new letter from LVO after this. Our case status is as follows,


We received your application for permanent residence on April 13, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 28, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 6, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 24, 2012.

Me too got the letter with waiting 6-12 months.
In fact my irrecoverable documents were also returned with the letter.

no one has in any occupation to date...they are still concluding the 2009 and early 2010 cases...

No document request,
the letter says about
- returning irrecoverable documents as they found them acceptable.
- started processing
- waiting for 6-12 months
- saying "don't buy ticket or sell property to leave for Canada. etc etc"
- they also say, further investigation may be done if required.
- (I did not receive any request of further documents in the letter)

thet should consider working on sarurdays too . to clear backlog asap..
